001 - About Us (The First Episode)

Welcome to Balance!  Hosted by Daniel and Katie Steinfeld, husband and wife as well as co-owners of On The Block Realty and On The Block Auctions in the Greater Toronto Area.  While perfect balance is impossible to achieve, finding the right balance with work, life, kids and family is possible with the right approach.  We want to share our stories about how we navigate it all and help other couples work together to run a successful business while maintaining a strong relationship.

Throughout this podcast, we will provide real-life, useful advice on how to navigate the entrepreneurship journey with your significant other while trying to balance the other important aspects of your life.  With four kids, two businesses and over a decade of marriage, we hope to show you that it is possible to figure it all out.
