We are seeing average price points go down, average days on market go up and as interest rates continue to rise and buyer sentiment staying cautious, we want to be proactive with our seller clients to ensure they are positioned in the best way possible.
Approaching a price decrease conversation with our sellers is not fun but a necessary part of our job and in this podcast episode, Daniel and Katie discuss the ways to approach this conversation and how to explain why a price adjustment should be considered at this point in the market.
