Often the biggest difference between a good deal and bad deal (and in some cases, whether a deal gets done at all), is the strength of the relationship between the real estate professionals on each side of the transaction. Your ability to connect, communicate, empathize and speak positively of those with whom you are negotiating will vastly improve so many facets of your job.
